Gianna Delvecchio
Personal Trainer and BLS Instructor
B.S. Kinesiology | NASM-CPT | First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor
Gianna earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Exercise Science, from West Chester University. She is a certified First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor through the American Red Cross and holds her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Gianna is currently expanding her expertise by pursuing her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification under Dr. Sarah Duvall.

With a background in competitive field hockey, Gianna has a lifelong passion for movement and athletics. She enjoys running, strength training, and exploring a variety of exercise modalities. In November 2024, she completed her first half marathon and is set to run her first full marathon in November 2025.

Outside of fitness, Gianna enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends. Her passion lies in helping others build healthier, stronger, and more confident lives through movement and education.
